estate and many more, which had a high potential growth at that time. Also today the same is being further
carried forward by his son Nitesh Kothari with other various diversified well established organization having
experience in other areas like Software, Internet solution, Web development & hosting, Securities exchange
services and many more.
In the last 45 years, the Organization has grown from strength to strength striving hard to transform that vision
into reality. Today the company's name has become synonymous with the quality development business in many
